• Go with back-up: Many times shyness is in response to the social pressure we experience in different situations. Having a friend or group of male friends with you to put you at ease, goes a long way to help you with overcoming shyness.
• Stop overanalyzing: When you over analyze what you are going to say to women, you allow your mind to create all types of wild scenarios about how a woman might respond. Just say and do what ever is on your mind, and do not worry about the consequences.
• Date up: This just means being willing to approach the woman you normally feel is out of your league. All women have something to offer but you overcome shyness when you force yourself out of your comfort zone and ask out women that you’d normally stay far away from out of fear or...shyness.
