Is it good to be a player? Learn the secrets of the dating game and play your way to the top

If you wanna be a player, you’ve come to the right place. Players get the girls and they get them often! Guys who don't know the game end up being single, lonely and frustrated for months or even years in a row.

Like any game you play, you have to know the rules to be a good player. To be a superstar player with women, you not only need to know the rules of the dating game, but you also need to know how to bend and break them. Here are 6 Player Rules to get you started:

1. Don’t try to buy her attention: Traditional dating rules expect men to spend money buying women flowers, candy and other expensive but meaningless presents. It’s unnecessary and will not make a woman any more willing to keep dating you. In fact, giving too much makes her think you are trying to buy her attention and are insecure about your value to her. Instead, make her treasure the time you have to spend with her. Just being around you is the best gift she can get.
2. Dress cool, but comfortable: If you wanna be a player, but aren’t prepared to get the ‘toolkit’...you'll often be playing alone. Just like a builder has tools to do his job, you need good tools to do yours (e.g. good shoes, clothes). Stand out by looking cool, but comfortable. Meaning, don’t dress like a fag, but make sure you look good.
3. Don’t call too often: Traditional dating rules suggest that a guy should call within a day or two of getting a woman’s phone number, then do most of the calling until the woman gives it up. If you wanna be a player, don’t call every day. Get her to miss you and text or call you. When she calls, relax and don’t appear too excited or you’ll ruin it.
4. Get to sex on the first night: Sex is usually reserved until after a few weeks of dating. A skilled player however, can convince a woman to sleep with him on the first night, without even needing to take her on a date first. Better still, a truly skilled player can get women to approach him for sex and does not need to apply pressure; she is eager and willing to have sex with him.
5. Be mysterious: Remain a puzzle to women by avoiding being a standard, predictable guy. If you're too open about your history and what makes you ‘you’ takes away the mystery. Everyone likes a little mystery when dating. Let interesting information about you trickle out a little at a time, just enough to whet her appetite for more.
6. Ease up on the compliments: Everyone likes to be flattered but in the dating game, you have to play it cool around women. Constantly telling a woman how pretty she is, or how honored you are to have someone like her in your presence tells her she is doing you a favor. The trick is to keep her guessing. If she’s unsure of how you see her and what you find attractive about her she will keep coming back, eager to be around you and honored that you want to date her.
