If you look around online, most people will tell you to use the No Contact Rule and avoid contact for at least 30 days.
Yet, is that the solution? Does it really work?
When the No Contact Rule Does Work
The No Contact Rule works when a woman:
- Doesn’t have any other options with guys and then misses you.
- Is inexperienced with relationships and can’t deal with the feeling of a break up.
- Only stopped seeing you to get you to chase her, because she wanted to gain some power in the relationship.
